　Our shop is run by a replacement system of 60 minutes.
　If you have a reservation, you can immediately enter the store. If we have empty seats , you can guide you without a reservation.
It is possible to reserve your seats on later time or after tomorrow at reception of our shop. But we recommend to reserve your seats through our web page before your visiting day. (You can reserve your seats for one month period after tomorrow through our web reservation system.)

◆Seat guidance of the cafe space. In-store use Description ( to 15 minutes )

　We are separating our shop to café space and owl’s room. We will guide you to cafe space , and serve a cup of drink or water.

　Before entering the owl of the room , we present our RULES AND POLICIES. Please read and check this documents.
And we introduce about our owls before playing with owls.

◆You can play at owl’s room 35 minutes, between 15 to 50 minutes.

　You can take a picture with owls (Please no flash!), hold some owls on your arm, and touch them, pat them, etc.
　People who want to put on the owl in the arms , please tell our staff.

◆After touching the owl ,relax in the café space, between 50 to 55 minutes.

　After we enjoyed the owl, we have give you a souvenir as coming to a store gift . While sipping a drink until the time at the cafe space , relax slowly .
