RULES
＜ABOUT US＞
・"Owl cafe"is a cafe&bar possible to interactions with owls.
We have two areas "Drinking area" and "petting area" devided with glass door.
Please do not bring foods and drinks into "petting area".
＜How to enter owl's cafe＞
・Please check in at the counter. We hold booked person to the maximum priority.
・Costomers would be stay in 60 MINUTES.Even if you will arrive at the cafe before you booked, enter the cafe in correct time you booked.
・Owls will take rests from 50 minutes to 15 minutes in every hour.
Petting time from 15 minutes to 50 minutes (total 35 minutes) in every hour.
・Plepare for leaving from 55 minutes for avoid leaving late please.
・We have boxes for your belongings, take care for them by yourself please.
＜BOOKING＞
・It will be cancelled even if you will be late more than 15minutes without notice us.
・Finish time will not put off even if you late for coming the cafe.
＜AGE＞
・Children under 16 years old should accompany with adults please.
・Children under 7 years old (before go to primary school) are impossible to enter "petting area" for safety.
Please stay in "cafe area" it divided with glass and possible to see owls.
＜NOTICE＞
・Please leave the cafe if you bothred other customers and owls and cafe employees.
・Drunken persons or having sickness like catching cold especially coughing without mask are can not enter the cafe.
Otherwise our employees will refuse to enter the cafe ocasionally.
・Do not interact with wild birds before come to cafe for not infection deseases to owls please.
＜HOW TO PETTING OWLS＞
・We will explain how to petting with owls. We will be with you in "Petting area"all the time with you for safety.
・Taking photographs are OK but comfirm turn off the strobe light before taking photos please.
・Disinfect your hands before enter and leave "Petting area" please.
＜PROHIBITES＞
・Owls are very sensitive. Do not speak with loud or do not running around for them please.
・Do not hold their brest and legs please.
・Do not petting with them forcibly please.
・Stick to the rules for safety please.
＜OTHERS＞
・Breaking equipments and others should be paid please.
・If you get injured by owls, we will do the treatment by ourselves but will not pay for medical treatment or others.
・Owls not defecate in the toilet. Come to cafe by not valable belongings and clothes for their defecates please.
We will clean them easily, but not pay for damages of them by owls.
＜IF BREAKING RULES＞
・Have to leave the cafe in regardless of the time, if your behavior looks not safe with no cash back and you might be refused enter the cafe in the other day.
・Feel free to ask employees anyting you want please.

※Limited 30minutes course is only organised in the cafe in Harajuku not on the web site.
The cafe in Kichijoji has no course of 30 minutes.
It will be cancelled if you will be late more than 15minutes without notice.
Finish time will not put off even if you late for coming the cafe.
There are no area for waiting.
Please come to the cafe in proper time.
